Gorgonzola Dolce Crostini with Spiced Cherries and Cark Chocolate

Soften 8 T butter
Spread on Sliced Baguette
Sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper
Bake at 400 deg for 7 minutes
Crumble 1/2 pound Creamy Gorg.
Blend with remaining softened butter
Spread crostini with blue cheese mix.
Soak dried cherries in red wine (helps to warm the wine) fir at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
Strain cherries and mix with some of Janet's Finest Raspberry Jalapeno Compote and top the crostini with it.
Melt 3 oz dark chocolate with 1 T butter, cool in a small square pan. Refrigerate. Then bring to room temp and using a veggie peeler, shave to create curls and top the crostini.
