Hey, thanks for following the QR trail here! Here is the lineup for todays tasting:


  1. Brunkow Cheese Coeur de Fayette.

    A compact, soft-ripened cheese with a bloomy rind. It has a bright, tangy flavor and a dense, creamy interior. As it ages, it develops a richer, more buttery texture, and it comes in an adorable heart shape.

  2. Carr Valley Gran Canaria

    Gran Canaria is a signature cheese at Carr Valley that you should definitely be familiar with. It was inspired by a journey that Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook and his wife Lisa took to the Canary Islands, where they discovered a cheese marinated in olive oil. Gran Canaria is a mixed-milk cheese aged for 2 years and cured in olive oil. It features flavor notes of gin, complemented by hints of brown miso and a rich brisket gravy, making it difficult to stop at just one piece.

  3. Milton Prairie Breeze Cheddar with Mayana Coconut Lime Chocolate Bar.

    Prairie Breeze™ offers a unique take on traditional aged cheddar. 

    With a sweetness that sets it apart from standard cheddar, Prairie Breeze is crafted by incorporating a special mix of cultures and vegetarian rennet to thicken the milk. The curds undergo the cheddaring process and are then aged for at least 9 months.

  4. Marieke Mature 6-9mo Gouda.

    Aged for 6 to 9 months, this product is rich and full-flavored with a hint of sharpness and caramel undertones. Pair it with dried cherries and candied pecans, zinfandel, or spiced rum. Use in recipes like quiche, omelets, or frittata, or melt it over burgers.

  5. Carr Valley Glacier Blue Cheese Blue Spruce Smoked

    This award-winning Wisconsin Cheese is tangy and piquant. Glacier Blue Spruce Blue cheese features a creamy white paste with veins and pockets of blue throughout. It is a smooth and mild blue cheese that is cold smoked with Blue Spruce, imparting a unique and slightly sweet flavor with mushroom notes reminiscent of the Northwoods.

  6. Alpinage Mount Raclette on baguette with salami and pickle

    Experience the luxurious, creamy richness of our award-winning Raclette cheese, freshly sliced directly from the wheel. Renowned for its irresistible melt and buttery taste, this Alpine classic is ideal for cozy dinners, charcuterie boards, or adding a melty, gourmet flair to any dish.
