Recipes:

Maple glazed Pecans

2 cups raw pecan halves

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp sea salt

Optional: 1.5 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp cayenne

Place all in sauce pan and over medium to medium low temp, simmer until syrup is crystalized. Careful not to burn pecans.

Old Fashioned Syrup:

1/2 cup each maple syrup and Bourbon

Couple of slices candied orange

Optional: dried cherries

Over low heat, simmer all until Bourbon is nearly evaporated, let cool.
