Service Description

Get to know the different types of cheeses and how they are produced. Learn how to select cheese and other accompaniments for your board. Kerry will demonstrate how to build a board and answer questions during a live webinar. Shopping list is provided for cheeses and the accompaniments. Each participant will have access to an on-line resource and message board. The message board will contain information on cheese production, different types of cheese, and cheese producers that you can explore when it is convenient for you. Kerry will be active on the board to answer questions and even help you with cheese selection for a board of your own.
