I have worked as a Cheesemonger since 2012 where I fell in love with the cheese industry! It must have been in my blood with my roots in the dairy state of Wisconsin, where all great Cheesemongers come from! I graduated the University of Wisconsin Madison (GO BADGERS!!) and am a member of The American Cheese Society.
I'm particularly interested in the production methods, history, serving methods and enjoyment of fine Artisan cheeses. Artisan cheese can be intimidating for some, and so I’m there to help educate and select cheeses for any event.
