About the Event

In her recent article for Food & Wine, Tenaya Darlington ("Madame Fromage") released what are in her (highly esteemed) opinion America's very best 25 cheeses. We are hard at work (understatement) to procure as many as possible so we might be able to sample you on six of these if we can! It's a moving target and high in demand, but we are sure to see several if not all the lineup reflecting this outstanding list! 

Meanwhile, Eric Asimov of the New York Times offers up the ten genres we need to be drinking in 2026 in this article here. Luckily, many are available in the state, so we are eagerly awaiting the final cheese lineup so we can get to pairing these beauties! 

We anticipate this being very popular, especially with Mother's Day on some of our minds... Be sure to grab your tickets before we sell out!
