Cocktails and Curds

· Yep, we are pairing cocktails and Artisan Cheese! Not your traditional cheese paring, but it is so much fun! We will be working through the making of some traditional and some not so traditional cocktails. Then we will discover what cheeses or cheese centered small bites really enhance the experience. Great chance to bring out your inner curd nerd and mixologist, let’s have some fun!

· In addition to a document with all the recipes and pairings, participants will receive a shopping list for cheeses and drink ingredients.
