I have worked as a Cheesemonger since 2012 where I fell in love with the cheese industry! It must have been in my blood with my roots in the dairy state of Wisconsin, where all great Cheesemongers come from! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison (GO BADGERS!!). I am a member of The American Cheese Society and a Certified Cheese Professional.
